RECORDS

Copies of police reports and Mass RMV crash reports are available through the Records Department.  Records can be requested in writing, by telephone, by facsimile or by email.

To request a record in writing, mail the request to:

To request a record by telephone, call 781-293-4625 extension 112 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Records can be requested 24 hours a day by leaving a voice message at extension 112.  Please leave a telephone number where you can be contacted and you will receive a call back.  

To request a record by fax, send your fax to 781-293-4624.  Please address your cover sheet to the Records Department.  Be as specific as you can about the record you are requesting.  Please include the return fax number and a voice number.

The fees for records are: 
Accident Reports  $5.00
Arrest Reports  $1.00/page
Incident Reports  $1.00/page
All other Records  $1.00/page
